These conditions regulate the reservation of accommodation, plots and other services offered by CAMPING DE LA VALL DE BIANYA SA through the website.
3. Booking process
The reservation will be considered formalized once the client has completed the booking process and received the corresponding confirmation.

4. Prices
All prices shown on the website include current VAT. Tourist tax is not included, unless expressly indicated.
Prices may vary depending on season, availability and type of accommodation or pitch.
5. Payment methods

At the time of booking, a partial payment or advance payment may be requested depending on the season and applicable conditions.
6. Entry and exit
General check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the type of accommodation and season.
- Bungalows: check-in from 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. depending on the season.
- Departure: until 11:00 or according to booking conditions.

7. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
- Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: 5% retention.
- Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% retention.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days: 100% retention.
In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled.
No refunds will be made for early departures.
8. Pets
Pets are only accepted in certain accommodations and always with prior reservation.
Breeds considered potentially dangerous are not accepted.
9. Internal rules
All users of the campsite undertake to respect the rules of coexistence, safety and use of the facilities.
The campsite reserves the right of admission and may take appropriate measures in the event of non-compliance with internal rules.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, there is no right of withdrawal in accommodation services with specific execution dates.
Therefore, reservations made through this website do not have the general 14-day cancellation period.

12. Applicable legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute arising from the contracting or use of the services, the parties will submit to the competent courts and tribunals according to current regulations.
