We have compiled the most common questions about the campsite, bungalows, pitches and services so that you can plan your stay in the Vall de Bianya without worries.
What is the cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, priority will be given to changing dates , maintaining the full payment on account to apply it to the new dates.
How should it be processed?
All cancellations must be made in writing, either by regular mail or email.
What withholdings apply?
- More than 30 days before arrival date: 5% retention
- Between 30 days and more than 7 days before the arrival date: 50% retention
- Less than 7 days before arrival date: 100% retention
What if I don’t show up (no-show)?
If you do not show up after 10:00 PM , the reservation will be canceled if there is no prior notice from the client.
If I leave earlier than planned, will I get my money back?
No. If you leave the accommodation or pitch before the end of the contracted period, there will be no refund.
Does the bungalow have bed linen and towels?
No, bed linen and towels are optional for rent at the time of booking. Yes, a duvet cover is available for each bed.
What size are the beds?
The beds are 135 and 90.
Are pets (dogs and/or cats) accepted in the bungalows?
Pets are welcome in the bungalows (must include the animal in the reservation). Maximum one pet per bungalow.
How are reservations for plots, bungalows and apartments for groups made?
Pitches can only be booked at reception, by phone or by email; bungalows can also be booked from the website.
Are there activities and entertainment for the little ones?
There is an entertainment program in high season (special holidays and long weekends and July and August). Please inquire for more information.
What is the difference between Standard Bungalow, Bungalow Plus and Bungalow Garden Plus?
We have three types of bungalows , with different capacities and outdoor spaces:
- Standard Bungalow : maximum capacity of 5 people .
- Bungalow Garden Plus : maximum capacity of 5 people and larger garden than the Standard .
- Bungalow Plus : maximum capacity of 8 people .
All bungalows have a garden with barbecue .
Is there wi-fi at the campsite?
Yes, there is wi-fi in the campsite, accommodation and social building.
Can I reserve a specific accommodation or plot?
We do our best to accommodate requests in this regard, but we reserve the right to assign a different location if necessary.
Are visits allowed?
Yes, visits are allowed. Upon arrival, they must be received at reception by the owner of the plot or accommodation and must register by providing their details (ID) and pay the amount of the visit.
Can the maximum capacity assigned to a pitch or accommodation be exceeded?
No, for safety reasons, the maximum capacity assigned to the site cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
Is there heating and/or air conditioning in the bungalows?
Yes, all bungalows have heating and air conditioning.
What size are the plots?
There are two types of plots: Standard plot (80 M2 approx) and Plus plot (90-95 M2 approx)
Can I park inside the campsite?
All bungalows have a parking space. The 5-seater bungalows have one parking space. The 8-seater bungalows have two parking spaces.
I’m coming on Friday to spend the weekend in a bungalow. What time can I check in?
You can enter from 4 pm on Friday.
I’m coming on Saturday to spend the weekend in a bungalow. What time can I check in?
You can enter from 9 am on Saturday.
I am a long-stay camper. Can I check in before 4pm on Friday to spend the day?

You can enter before 4pm on Friday only with prior authorization and subject to payment indicated according to the advance notice period in the current year’s contract.
How can I reserve the paddle court?
You can book at reception or by telephone , using this procedure:
- Do you want to play from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. ?: You can make the reservation the day before .
- Do you want to play from 10:00 am?: You must make the reservation at any time on the same day.
Court rental:
- €12 / hour (if you are staying at the campsite)
- €14 / hour (if you are not staying)
