If you want to do only 2 or 3, combine a parish + an isolated hermitage + a point with views.
At about 818 m above sea level , on the southern slope of Puig Ou, in the Vall del Bac . It is reached by following the track that crosses the valley towards Sant Pau de Segúries; near the confluence of the Sant Andreu stream with the Vall del Bac stream, you must take a detour to the right.
In the Socarrats sector, next to the old Socarrats house, at the foot of the shady slope of the Sant Miquel del Mont mountain range. Less than 1 km from the village of Llocalou in the direction of Hostalnou, there is a turnoff for a short paved track that leads there.
In the Vall del Bac , on the northern slope of the Malforat mountain range. The church stands on a small, heavily wooded hill. It can be accessed from the valley itself by following the track that passes through Llongarriu, or by the track built in 1991 that leaves the Collada del Capsacosta on the N-260 road.
On the southern slope of the eastern end of the Malforat mountain range, in the Capsec sector. It is reached from Llocalou, following the Capsec road and taking a detour to the right after a few kilometres. The track is paved almost to the church, except for the final stretch.
To the left of the Santa Llúcia de Puigmal stream, near the parish church of Sant Pere del Puig / Despuig (of which it is a suffragan). It is reached from the N-260 along the road right next to the Can Grèvol bridge; it passes through Sant Pere Despuig and rejoins the N-260 near Hostalnou.
At 793 m above sea level , at the top of the Sant Miquel del Mont mountain range, which separates the Olot and Bianya valleys. It can be accessed on foot from both slopes, and also by a track that starts from the N-260 road . It is a suffragan of Santa Margarida de Bianya and is located at the point where three municipal boundaries meet.
In the Vall del Bac, on the southern slope of Puig Ou, near the fortified house called La Torre . From the Vall del Bac guesthouse there is a path that crosses the stream and leads to Cal Ferrer; from there you have to continue west to the church, located on a slope of meadows. Nearby is the cemetery.
Located on a hill in the small mountain range of Cadamunt , in the center of the Bianya plain. It can be reached from the N-260 along the road that also leads to Sant Martí de Solamal. The detour from the path that goes up the hill is easy to locate.
On the southern slope of the Capsacosta mountain range , at the head of the Sant Ponç d’Aulina valley. Following the N-260 variant shortly before the Capsacosta tunnel, on the right there is a diversion to a forest track to the hermitage. It is recommended to do this path on foot .
At the head of the Bianya plain, in the small urban center of Sant Salvador de Bianya (head of a former municipality annexed in 1969). It maintains the status of parish church. The N-260 passes through it , which climbs the Capsacosta pass and continues towards Sant Pau de Segúries.
Near Sant Feliu del Bac, next to the Coll farmhouse . It is easily reached by the track that descends from the Collada del Capsacosta . It can also be reached by the track that, from the Vall del Bac, passes through Llongarriu and continues through the humid area of the Malforat mountain range.
On the northern slope of the Sant Miquel del Mont mountain range. To get there from the N-260, you have to cross the square in the center of L’Hostalnou and, a little further on, take the paved path that leads there. It maintains the status of a parish and worship is held there regularly .
In the old rural village of Castellar de la Muntanya , at the eastern end of the municipality. The church is on a mountain slope. To get there you have to take the track that goes through Sant Joan les Fonts, crosses the Bianya stream, goes up the Vivers mountain range and ends near the church.
In the Vall del Bac, right next to the old house of Llongarriu , on the northern slope of the Malforat mountain range. You can walk there following the stream that comes out in front of the Vall del Bac guesthouse, or reach the Llongarriu bridge along the track that crosses the valley and take the detour towards Llongarriu.
Take a Romanesque route in the morning, discover the Bianya Valley in the afternoon… and return to the campsite to disconnect.
